Alumnus

George Zotiadis, a class of 1950 alumnus, distinguished himself as a professor of International Law at Panteion University. His scholarly contributions to the field of international relations were exceptionally significant.

Following his passing in September 2006, his family, supported by his friends, classmates, and colleagues, established a trust fund. Through this initiative, the George B. Zotiadis Memorial Prize in International Relations was created to honor the top-performing student in the Department of International Relations at ACT – American College of Thessaloniki.

The trust fund was later expanded to include a scholarship in his memory. The scholarship aims to support Greek students, inspiring them to excel in the field of international relations, serve their country, and contribute to the advancement of national interests.
