Alumnus & Trustee
Dimitris Zannas, a 1938 alumnus, was one of Thessaloniki’s most respected attorneys and served as Mayor of Thessaloniki in 1974 following the fall of the Junta. The following year, he joined the Board of Trustees of Anatolia College. Previously, in 1955, he served as the secretary of the Advisory Committee, composed mainly of leading figures in Thessaloniki who were willing to offer their time and counsel. He donated 500,000 drachmas to Anatolia College, supporting the organization’s mission and ensuring the future of its educational work.
